Last week a delegation from Associação de Terminais Portuários Privados (Association of Brazilian private Ports and Terminals, or ATP) led by IAPH member Porto doAçu visited Belgium on a mission, which took them to Port of Antwerp-Bruges and the other ports in Flanders.
