The Brazilian government has been hosting the2023 senior officials’ meeting of the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM)in Rio de Janeiro this week. The meeting has brought together CEM’s senior government officials from around the world and partners for a full agenda of events. Last week, a delegation of the Port of Tacoma undertook a study tour of the ports of Antwerp-Bruges and Rotterdam.
