Fondazione Accademia Italiana della Marina Mercantile, founded in 2005 in Genoa, is a public institution that issues degrees from the Ministry of Education, University and Research in the field of non-university tertiary education, carrying out its activities through public and private funding and without lucrative purposes. Its mission is to provide specialized training aimed at occupations with high professional and technological content based on the needs of companies in the sectors concerned, particularly in the strategic areas of maritime and logistics.
