The Port Management Association of the Caribbean recently hosted its 26th Annual General Meeting in Antigua with over 100 participants. IAPH’s Data Collaboration Committee chairman Pascal Ollivier moderated the Maritime Single Windows of Opportunity panel session with Julian Abril of IMO, IAPH managing director Patrick Verhoeven, Martin Humphreys of the World Bank and Krista Lucenti of the Inter-Development Bank. IPCSA’s new secretary-general Nico Vertongen, Max Bobys of Hudson Cyber and Rommel Edwards of Barbados Port held a session on day two on closing the gaps in the digital divide.
